Arrived for an 11 am appointment at 10:50. Was checked in and assistant ran the initial screening tests. Then I sat until 11:30, at which point I left. Places really shouldn't schedule folks if they don't have the resources to meet those appointments on time.

I had a long day and came in to order a replacement pair of glasses. Just want to say that, Abena has great energy, went the extra step and gave some useful recommendations. It was a much needed reprieve and I’m grateful to have worked with her today!

I came here yesterday and let me tell you, the staff here are amazing!!! Abeena and Jacqueline were so nice to me and had lots of patience. I hate going to the eye doctor, but they made me feel so comfortable. So thank you once again to these 2 beautiful and awesome ladies ?!
