“I am giving us Walgreens five stars. I never had any troubles with them and every time I go there what I need is ready. But for the first time what I needed was not ready. I had made ornaments for Christmas gifts. Yes it was my fault. I ordered them the day before Christmas Eve but I expected them to be done on time. When my husband got there to pick them up, they said the lady that is in charge of the photos must’ve rearranged and they could not find the product supply my order. It would’ve been nice to know up because I put same-day order. Why I’m giving them a five star review is because the ladies took the time to try to find the right exact right product but they were able to make what I needed ready for Christmas Eve because my Christmas Eve party was first thing in the morning. Those ladies could’ve just been like no we can’t help you. Sorry for your luck. The two ladies took the time to fix my order. I am extremely happy to have my Christmas gifts. They made it work. They did a great job thinking outside the box. This wall greens deserves all the positive reviews. Thank you.Bethany”
“Need to make more of the garlic herb ROTISSERIE CHICKENS they are hands down the best chicken I've ever had and you only make them very occasionally it should be a daily and should absolutely have rotisserie chicken past 6pm as most get off work and would get for dinner. Martins dose”
“I like this Weis, it’s well stocked and the people are nice. It’s pretty easy to find stuff, usually not very crowded and is clean. They usually have someone working in the lanes so you don’t have to use self checkout- which I like because I usually have a lot of produce.
What more can you ask from a grocery store?”

“When the Walgreens in our hospital sadly closed we started going to the one at 324 E. Antietam St. here in Hagerstown Maryland. It's been a year or so now and though we miss some of the people from the old Walgreens we were so happy that several work at the Antietam branch. The service here Exceeds All Expectations. From asking questions about medications, getting some vaccines or having medications filled they are all professional and kind. You don't see this as much now but inside the pharmacy you do. On the phone as well. Every person working there provides Consistent Caring Service: CJ, Jennifer, Kathy, Chris, etcetera, everyone there is AWESOMESAUCE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ***NOTE: I gave 5 stars but for some reason only shows 4...? Tried 'EDIT' which shows 5 but when I post the review only shows 4, what's up Google??????”
“My daughter and her friend decided they needed a Bouquet for homecoming the same day. We went into Weis not realizing we needed to call ahead. We met Lucy the florist at Weis and she was amazing! Asked what colors we needed and to give her a couple minutes and without hesitation she made the bouquets. Thank you so much Lucy! You are amazing!”

It was a little rocky when they merged with Antietam, but they always do their best and have bent over backwards for me on a few occasions when I forgot to order a prescription refill until I was out. “I have always had a good experience here. They have a nice selection of items, including gluten free and specialty items. The store is well laid out and always clean. They have a very nice fresh produce area. The isles are plenty wide. The meat area has a nice selection and is usually well stocked. The bakery is always fresh and. The employees here are always friendly. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of and plenty of spaces. If you are going to shop here, download the app so you can load coupons. You can also gain fuel rewards which you can save up for a select time. Very handy to have!”
“My family and I use this pharmacy now and they are pretty good. In the past I use to dread having to use their pharmacy. Because everyone at the Waynesboro location was was just so rude but that's mostly changed. Almost everyone here in really nice and very helpful especially Nicole the cashier. She's very friendly. I'm glad we decided to give them a second chance.”
“I worked 33 yrs in retail food. This store from the management down to parcel pickup do it right. Always clean, the meat case is well stocked with a good selection. You don't smell the fish dept because of how they merchandise and freshness. Weis has the best store bakery in the business. Pharmacy is great and the cashiers do it right every time. They may be the only store in town, but they don't act like it. It's good customer service. Each satisfied family is worth 10k a year in sales. A friendly smile, welcome and thank you go a long way.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of customer service I experienced at the CVS pharmacy in Waynesboro. In the past, I received horrible service at other CVS locations. I only returned because their prices for my prescriptions is much less expensive than other pharmacies and they are open 7 days a week. To contact the Waynesboro pharmacy, I had to leave a voicemail, which was concerning. I assumed that the pharmacy must be understaffed and overrun with customers. But I received a call-back promptly, and the staff member was very pleasant and helpful. On occasions when I went inside to pick up my prescriptions, the lines moved quickly. I was really touched by how several pharmacy staff members interacted with patients who clearly had emotional and physical challenges. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful and sincere, going above and beyond to treat each person with respect and dignity. Based on my positive customer experience, I plan to transfer all my prescriptions to this CVS.”

“I don’t know who runs the HR dept in hiring the nurses at this minute clinic, but they deserve the biggest raise, and so do the nurses/healthcare providers that work here. They are the kindest, most caring people, and that is the last thing I would expect from a place with the word “minute” in it. I dont have a PCP and have come here for small tests and things like that, and it is a joy to be taken care of by them. I can’t say enough about the positive experiences.”

“Wow! I can't say enough good things about Timothy at CVS. I went in looking for something specific, but couldn't find it anywhere. When I asked Timothy, he kindly informed me that they might not carry it, but he still took the time to direct me to where it would be if they did. Even though I left empty-handed, I was blown away when halfway to my car, Timothy chased me down to let me know he had actually found some in a different location!
His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond truly impressed me. In an age where customer service can sometimes feel like an afterthought, Timothy's proactive approach and genuine care were a breath of fresh air.
