CVS Health is conducting COVID-19 testing, with lab and rapid testing options available in select states. While demand may cause lab delays, the staff work hard to provide quality service. Customers praise the pharmacy team, particularly Nikki, for their positive attitude, helpfulness, and politeness, even when dealing with busy lines. I am 61 years old, and this is easily the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Not once have I left there with everything I needed. There is ALWAYS a problem. My insurer wants me to switch to mail order prescriptions, but I have resisted. After my experience with CVS I have changed my mind. It can't be any worse.
