“I recently stayed at this particular Sleep Inn on 12/19/23. Room was clean. I had one hiccup which was the noise of the boiler room. On my check out I made a small comment of the level of noise to the Lady at the desk, who in turn told the Manager. This Sweet Lady apologized continuously, and did all in her power to ensure that I would stay at the establishment again. I really appreciate that. Great staff and management. If I’m ever in the area again I definitely will stay!”

“Sits nice, the rooms are a little crowded but very clean. The kitchenette was stocked nicely. I don't like to be threatened with a fine if I don't clean my dishes, but overall I would stay here again. It's a perfect walking distance to the commissary and NEX. Front seat was very friendly.”
“Keisha, the housekeeper, was amazing she went above and beyond. I had an accident at the hotel, which cause me to need emergency care. She assisted me during and after my accident she was a total blessing because of her compassion. I will definitely return.”

As a diamond member and business traveler I stay in hotels about 150 nights a year. Liked this HGI.
The guy working the breakfast floor had to be a fill in. He really didn't do anything. Didn't greet anyone, sat at the bar handing out flatware. Went to the Kiosk to get a bottle of water. He informed me I would have to pay extra for that and he would bring me some water. I said ok. As of this writing I'm still waiting. SMH. This guy was really out of his element. He wasn't rude but he definitely didn't care to be there. As I was leaving I asked for a coffee mug to take to the room. He told me that was against hotel policy. I've never been told that in 20 years of traveling. Otherwise I recommend this hotel.”
“Nice location, rooms are good, and check-in staff was very helpful. But I will not stay here again due to the extremely poor wifi! I was trying to complete college homework and it's been 3 days of struggling to get anything done. The internet constantly drops off hourly many times. Then last straw was the third day, wifi was down over an hour so called front desk to see if they could reset the router. The response was as if I have never used wifi before, "we can show you how if you come to the front desk". I said my computer, work phone, and personal phone all will not connect to wifi, which all 3 did when it would work for 3 minutes then die again for the last 6 hours. Please update the system or provide troubleshooting techniques for employees, usually it just cycle power.”
“Shout out to Jennifer at the front desk. Kind, courtoeous, friendly as hell...her customer service is definitely recognized. She gave me a heads up that their rooms are a little out dated....I appreciate that more than staff not giving AF at all. To be fair - the rooms are completely fine. I've got a fridge, microwave, desk, TV, a huge bathroom...what more do I need. My room is actually XL ...bigger than any other Quality Inn I've been to. The outside is surrounded by nature's beauty. A few steps away is the river with boats docked. I will 100% stay here again. I've got 2million photo views on Google- trust me when I tell you- this is my experience here & hopefully it's yours also!
