“I drop by this Weis Markets in Callaway quite often, and it’s consistently a great experience. The first thing you notice is how clean the store is and how wide the aisles are, which makes navigating a large cart completely stress-free. The produce section is definitely a highlight—everything is always fresh and neatly organized. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist you. The location is very convenient, right off the main road, and the parking lot is spacious enough that finding a spot is never an issue, even on weekends. It’s a top-notch spot for a smooth grocery run!”

“I have always liked shopping at Giant, especially their sales and today was exceptional. Received so much personal attention from the 2 guys at the register who made sure I'd gotten everything I needed and were very friendly. Then their was Sedrick, and I'm assuming he was a manager. He was all over the place talking and encouraging his workers and speaking to customers. When I was taking my groceries to my car he noticed I had many bags in my cart and had Samuel help me. Made me feel like A truly valued customer.”

“I absolutely love Walmart Pharmacy in California MD. Cameron and Tammy are so amazing. They are kind, professional, and always go out of their way to help. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me. I highly recommend this pharmacy for all your prescription needs. Even the pharmacists make sure I understand my medications as far as what they are and how to properly take them. They all get 5 stars from me. Thank you all!!!”

“I like that this branch has an Pharmacy Drive-thru. No drive-thru at the Calvert Hospital branch, which is limited to RX fills. Some ratings here are about that location. So, some of the pharmacy staff at this location act as if they are bored or are unhappy. Could be that they suffer an illness that makes them act as if or that it is someone or some procedures makes them seem unhappy. It isn't a temporary thing as I have observed this every time I visit. Another young lady seems frustrated and takes a moment to shift from frustrated to kind/welcoming. The pharmacist I have communicated with has warmed to me and seems accepting of my personal needs. I have an RX that requires close scrutiny and, in the past, seemingly caused an attitude of judgment not suited towards terminal pt. needs. This pharmacist has seemingly warmed to me, perhaps due to my never having a 'panic' (or a 'seek') toward fill dates when inventory is low or when a question of 30 days vs. same DATE restriction. A person on the phone has not seemed to want to listen regarding this detail. I do not know their voices to determine who sighed into the receiver when I brought this subject to her attenrion. The date changes based on the no. of days in the month (28, 29, 30 & 31).The front cashiers I have encountered have been warm or friendly or both with the exception of an older gentleman to whom I could not get to engage. He didn't seem angry or bored; it was more of a feeling I had of his dislike for any conversation. I tried to get him to smile, look me in the eyes, or respond in kind towards my open attitude. I've only tried to speak with him once. Should we encounter each other again, I will be observant towards any attitude at others myself. It could have been a fluke day for him. If this happens again, I will amend this detail.I give 4 stars because the isle indicators are lacking distinction from products and can not be seen from most vantage points. I am supposing it is the isle height because the floor sqft limits inventory unless shelving is higher. The bldg seems to have been built to Walgreens specifications, and they miscalculated customers' wants and needs, or the population has overgrown the stores' original perception(s). If this was an existing build-out then perhaps Walgreens Corporate needs to contract for an addition/extension so the isles can be lowered to see what isles contain with distinction and more detail isle markers.Maybe purchase a close pc of land to build a stand-alone store space. The site would need to be near to where Walgreens currently sits as existing customers would not wish to travel farther, and there are a number of pharmacies close by. It could be a build more centered and standalone on the side where drive-thru is now. Customers come to Walgreens with all those choices, so Corporate should not risk losing its regulars. It is a preferred Medicare D pharmacy (not CVS). (There is a large - seemingly rarely used - parking lot on the drive- thru side of the bldg. perfect for my suggestion of adding square footage and gaining 5 star reviews).Keep the drive through and fix its communication. All employees should be on earpiece at this day and age, but especially drive-thru attendants/pharmacy customer service clerks. You know what? Now that I am speaking of the drive-thru, this bldg was a bank! The antiquated drawer, corded phone use for drive-thru customers, goose neck microphone that rarely works and gets in the way and poles where I am guessing a tube shute once was, gives insight into to why space is cramped for pharmacy inventory and personnel especially and why I can not see isle markers or find what I am looking for without assistance! Tear down after building a new store centered in side parking lot then tear this one down to make a new parking lot. Drive thru with good cameras and lighting now facing where the entrance was on this old bldg.!!!??? Will owner of land allow for this? Ask!”

“I wanted to let you know that the young lady that helped me with printing out photos was very nice and helpful. I believe her name was Katelyn. It’s really hard to find great customer service. Walgreens you found a good one. Thanks again.”

“This is the most consistent grocery store in Calvert County. Always clean, bright, and friendly experience. Shelves are always well stocked. Lines can be long especially at phamacy.”

“Only reason why they're not a 5 is because they are constantly slammed during their core hours and there's no express option for regular returning customers for refills. Average wait times are not great because of volume of people they serve. Staff is very good.”

“It's always a pleasure to visit the CVS on Great Mills Road in Lexington Park MD. The atmosphere is always welcoming and I never have any problems when I go there anytime of the day.

Way to go Lexington Park MD CVS????”

“My most recent experience at CVS, California, MD was satisfying. The over-head directory made it easy to locate what I was looking for. The cashier was polite, professional, and provided good customer service. In addition, the store was clean. Just one thing I'd like to note: Please make sure that hand soap is always stocked in the restroom. Also, I noticed that many others lodged complaints against the pharmacy staff. I've had several encounters with the pharmacy staff as well as 2 different pharmacists. My encounters with the pharmacy staff have been professional and when I've had to consult with the pharmacists, they have always been pleasant, professional, patient, and kind. CVS staff, please continue to provide great customer service. I highly pay attention to what type of service any employee provides. I do understand that some people simply have a job, while others have a work ethic. These two are not the same. Train your employees and teach them to provide great customer service to every client. And if you don't like your job, I wish you well in finding suitable employment that best fits your needs.”
