Great experience all around. They answer the phone when you call, they respond quickly to texts, great communication. Appointment scheduling (with a real person) is quick and easy and I didn’t have to wait weeks for them to work on my boat. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

Customer service is top notch. I ordered the wrong tilt angle thru-hull transducer and didn't realize it until I went to install it over a month later. Kathryn w/ their customer support team worked with me and the manufacturer to get it swapped for the correct one. Highly recommend BOE!
