“There are three BMW service centers closer to me in VA, but I prefer Passport thanks to its personnel and fair pricing.
Mandy Cole and Hyun Kim have set the standard for service advisers. They are straightforward, responsive, and easy to work with. I never feel like I’m being pushed into unnecessary work or getting the runaround.
I also want to give Hyun credit for helping with a time-sensitive issue. My car had a recall that was preventing it from being cleared for export to my next overseas assignment. I had one week before my departure to get the car shipped. Hyun got the repair handled quickly, then ensured BMW and NHTSA databases were updated within a day. This saved me from a major headache and the possibility of having to leave the car behind for an extended period.”
