This was the most unorganized place I’ve been in a long time. It was Valentine’s Day so you would think they would have prepared for such business. Heck no! It was, I counted 30 people standing in this tiny shop waiting for their orders!

The customer service is great under new management! I ordered chocolate apples and ballon’s for my son’s birthday at school (apples are all he eats). He was so happy. Check out the pics.

Vanessa created my arrangement and she did a beautiful job. It looks just like what I ordered online. The owner was so nice and welcoming when I entered the store. 10/10 recommend.
