This isn't the first time I've had a positive customer service experience with her, but today she went above and beyond to retain me as a customer. One of the other managers, who I will leave unnamed, ho should really consider finding an occupation outside of customer service . or personal interactions in general. “I felt compelled to leave a review for Jaidah after seeing the latest review regarding her customer service. I brought my mother's dog in this past week and had a wonderful experience with her that I'd like to share. My mother's dog is 12 years old and has a few medical concerns that we were sure to discuss with Jaidah during the check-in. There was nothing major, just some arthritis and a bad back (old age stuff), but Jaidah was reassuring and kind- she even showed me some of the tools she can use to make the grooming experience more comfortable. During our chat, Jaidah shared that she was certified in animal care and had some experience working in a vet office. She also shared that she had a senior dog of her own and could empathize with our concerns. It was so comforting to us (especially my mother when I called her and let her know how great Jaidah was going to be). The groom was done in a timely manner and looked fantastic! I promised to book with her again in the near future. Jaidah was professional, easy to talk to, and took great care of my mother's dog. The gentleman (Mitch G.) also had his dog groomed by Brittany in the past (as did we), and likely received a phone call similar to the one my mother received about Brittany leaving the store. My mother was disappointed, but raved about how sweet, understanding and accommodating Jaidah was in making that call. It's our opinion that while she is certainly working hard, she doesn't strike us as "overworked." Her salon is short staffed and she seems to be doing a great job managing on her own. Furthermore, as mentioned before, I can understand why she discusses medical concerns at check in- simply because she cares and wants to make the dogs' experience as comfortable as possible! That should ultimately be every pet owner's primary concern. Perhaps the medical concern noted by Mitch G. was one that required additional care that she could/could not accommodate- either way, it's important for her to ask those things and I'm confident Jaidah would do her best to help like she did for us. Thank you, Jaidah, for providing the type of customer service we should all hope to receive.”
