The prongs holding the diamond in my heirloom ring broke off. It is so hard to hand off such a precious thing to me. Janet did such a beautiful job in such a timely manner! I also had a pearl necklace and pearl bracelet restrung. Again beautiful job. I highly recommend her amazing magical services!

I was visiting from Boston the other day and needed a new battery for my citizen watch. I called and the owner, put the new battery in the watch quickly and professionally and was very kind.
