“St. John's Jewelers offer a wonderful experience from start to finish. I had visited other local jewelers and they didn't come close to how welcoming and knowledgeable everyone is at St. John's Jewelers.On my first visit, I met Nikki. She learned about my interest in buying a tsavorite engagement ring. She asked good questions to learn about how I wanted the ring to look, my girlfriend's taste and preferences in jewelry and my time frame.On my next visit, I met with the owner Linda. She offered valuable insight into the details that were available for my ring. We continued to work together over the next couple weeks.Linda was quick to respond to any questions via email. She offered a fair price. When I told her I intended to sell some old jewelry to her, she mentioned they also accept flatware. When we went through the jewelry I was selling, she explained why some pieces were more valuable than others.The ring was completed exactly when Linda said it would be ready. She aimed for a date one week ahead of my actual due date so that there was no risk of it being late.Linda and Nikki (and everyone else I met there) were friendly and upbeat at all times. They were enthusiastic in a relaxed way. They offered me a great selection and then were patient as we crafted my own design.I give St. John's Jewelers the highest possible praise. They are the best in all ways.”
