“They are an amazing veterinary hospital/clinic. They treat the animals like family. Super kind, welcoming and professional. My dog was being seen at a different vet, and they said there is nothing we can do, and it's just a matter of time before he passes away. We came into South Carroll and saw Dr. Carol. She took some blood tests and gave our old pup some meds to see if they will help... and they did! He now takes medication every day and he is such a happy and playful guy again. This all happened a year ago, and our dog is so happy, playful, and looks like he's got many years in front of him. I love this place!”
“The ladies were very welcoming and pleasant. At no time did I feel like I was tolerated which has been my experience at a previous Vet. hospital. They were very meticulous in how they performed their duties whether it was the ladies at the front desk, the nurse that saw LUNABELLA and I, or the Doctor that treated and examined her. I felt so bad that I was late for my appointment yet they showed absolutely no frustration with my tardiness. All the smiles were genuine and not a facade. I felt at home there and I am telling everyone I know to switch to this location because these women ACTUALLY SHOW they care and not simply say it like some other places. Anyone who has ever dealt with health issues k ows that it's not just the medication that gets you well...it IS the care given by the caretakers...and this place with these people have a special place in my and LUNABELLA'S hearts.”
