Two tellers + midday Wednesday=long lines. The woman that assists clients in the back office is extraordinarily inattentive. We witnessed it happen with the customer before us in line and when our turn came for her to put us on the waiting list, we were so appalled for her blatant disregard of our request that we left...and are contemplating another commercial bank to open our business accounts with. Ironic for a bank that literally says "We don't have tellers, we have listeners." Lol. Don't waste your time.

Unfortunately, if you want to get serviced here, wait in line. That seems to be the major theme here. The lines here are equivalent to Black Friday lines and I am being serious. Maybe customers who use this office branch should set up tents and sleeping bags here because you will be in line for an average of 20-30minutes at a minimum. The bank is a good bank, however this branch seems to have trouble meeting the demands of their customers. I think management here should take a detailed look at their customer service and open more tellers as many people are going to the banks on weekends. On the right side, staff here tries their best to keep their customer happy. If you must come here, make sure you allocate at least 30minutes strictly waiting in line. Bring a coffee drink and or your favorite drink because you will need it during you wait in line. Cheer everyone!

Only 3 out of 8 counter is open all the time. Extremely slow and need more staff to accomodate all the customers with their banking needs.

Slow and mediocre service. They always have long lines with only 2 bank employees working behind the counter. Saturdays may be the only exception.

The improvements at this branch location is much appreciated! New floor tiles, clean rug, and a big screen television that displays banking information in the waiting area. They even offer a coffee bar, which is a pleasant treat for the customers. There is an ATM now present in the lobby of the branch office, and they also removed the coin machine that hardly ever worked, so I guess that was a good move too. The people at this bank are usually very pleasant and helpful. Oftentimes there can be a long line, but it does move rather quickly.

I usually only use the ATMs here, but today I decided to go in because I needed a checkbook registry along with some weekend spending money. First, it's a bit confusing to get to. When you enter off Belcrest, you need to drive way past the bank until you are allowed to make a legal U turn, and then turn onto a mall road before you can turn left into the parking lot. Secondly, employees are friendly. There's a greeter (Is that a new Capital One thing?). The teller was sweet too. There was no wait, and I got my registry and cash in a flash. Third, they had cookies! Yum! That made me happy. Last, but not least, just as it was a pain to get in, it's very difficult to get out of the parking lot and back on to Belcrest. Where is all that traffic coming from? There was a Metro bus blocking my exit out. You'd think the driver could of stopped a few feet back to let at least one car out. All in all, I find it easier to do business at the Capital One by my house, but if the urge strikes me...or I need a cookie break, I'll be back.

I used the atm. It worked. Place is safe and well lit. I do wish I was a little more convenient to get to ask the traffic in release Morrow up your trip if you're not careful. However the bank is fine and its purpose serves me well

Now a Capital One. Drive up ATMs out of service more frequently that I would expect.
