Let's start with the quality of beef, and that was top-notch, I should have expected it as it operates as a butchery shop. The combination of cheese whiz, seasonings, and a bit of mayo that was cooked all together created on amazing cheesesteak. Lastly, the bread that was the vessel for this amazing creation was perfectly crispy, a soft roll that I truly was not expecting here in Maryland. If you like cheesesteaks, do yourself a favor and check them out. The fries were cooked in beef tallow and were perfect, but the star is the steak sub!”
