“I needed some suspension work done on my 2007 BMW X5 and my brother in-law who owned BMWs for many years recommended Einstein's. They did a great job, at a reasonable price, and were pretty fast. Communication was great as they were prompt with providing recommended service and status updates. I also appreciated that they were honest about services that were worth doing and those that were not worth doing (based on the age of the car). Finding a BMW repair shop that you can trust is very important because these cars become money pits the older they get. Having a shop that will look you in the eye and tell you that something is not worth the money is important for me. The guys that work there are really nice and knowledgeable. If you have an older BMW I would definitely recommend them!”

I learned it’s a tricky system with no parts available. They improved things by getting an better valve open/close combination. They also offered a proper, but custom, repair for a fair price. It was more than I wanted to invest, but was glad for the improvement. Thanks y’all!”

“I took my car to River Road after another mechanic failed my state inspection saying I needed new brakes. That same mechanic (AMPM Auto in Bethesda) quoted me $1300 to repair the brakes. The GM dealer was $900, and River Road gave me an est. of $700 so I took it there. Danny at R.R. called me and said there was nothing wrong with my brakes and that he couldn't in good conscience charge me for a brake job I didn't need. I'll be back to RR in the future!
