On sept 15 i lost my phone. So i went to store 294 where i got GREAT service. They told me i could not get the phone. From them. that i had to contact my ins. So they let me call the ins in the store. It took a min but Sam & Frances help me. They where great very professional customer service at its BEST Thank you so much
