I came into inquire about a storage unit. Although there was one person ahead of me in line, Jacqueline made sure to acknowledge me and make me feel welcomed. She was very nice, patient and explained everything in detail. I can’t wait to be back to purchase my unit.

Jacqueline at Beech Rd has the Customer Service that is absolutely without a doubt top notch. She believes in making the customer her priority. She's very knowledgeable in her position and works extremely hard in keeping Cube Smart clean and sanitized. I don't have pictures.

Awesome customer service.Ms. Jacqueline and Mr. Dominic, provides excellent customer service. The facility is always clean and it smells so good when you walk in the door. A warm greeting always when you enter the facility.
