I spent MAYBE 10 minutes to complete my rental transactions. The car was waiting for me as soon as I walked out. I don't know about other Hertz locations, but Temple Hill has the most professional and courteous customer service skills.

I have rented a few times from this location and have always been treated professionally. The vehicle selection is typically what I expected.

Had to wait for the car to be cleaned, only to find out when the sun went down that the windows were really filthy. I had to stop and clean them myself.
