For hertz as a whole, I would give ZERO stars. The only reason I’ll give 1 star is because Ms. Lee & Betty was helpful and had great customer service. However, this location for rentals is HORRIBLE. Cars are scratched up badly & had a lot of dents. I was given 2 cara from this location under the same reservation. The first car had a oil change. Ms. Lee says the oil change is up to date. However Hertz customer service says it’s not. & the light was on. I did not feel comfortable riding in that. So I traded it in for another rental. That rental was fine for less than 24 hours. The check engine light came on. I have 2 little ones. I refused to ride around in a car with a check light on. Ms. Lee wanted to give me another car but I refused. I returned that car & went to enterprise. The cars at Enterprise are way better & reliable. I will not rent from HERTZ ever again. 2 weeks after I returned the vehicle, I seen a toll charge on my account. Mind you, I never went anywhere in the rentals because of the maintenance and I didn’t feel safe in them. Hertz added a toll fee on my account. I live in MD. The toll was for California. Just janky! Hertz is horrible all around. Also, you gotta bring the cars back to this location vacuumed or they will charge your card $400. I’ve never heard of that EVERRRR. I do NOT recommend.

I used to rent from here all the time, but now i will never rent from here again! The extra fees are insane! They charge 400$ to vacuum out grass from your feet. This is a brand new policy that is completely insane. On top of many new policy! Save your time and energy just rent from turo.

If I could not leave any stars I would. The service was terrible put my card in a negative trying to charge me $1500 for services that was not used. Gave me a faulty vehicle and tried to charge me for the dry rotted tire that went flat a key fob that I had to buy a battery for and they said I would get reimbursed and still haven't received my refund for that. Just terrible service. If my insurance company recommends me to that place again I am definitely refusing

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY I REPEAT DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS THEY CHARGED MY CARD 350.00 SAYING THE INSURANCE COMPANY CALLED THEM SAYING THAT THEY WOULD ONLY COVER 2 DAYS WHICH WAS A LIE THEY COVERED ME FOR 20 DAYS WHICH THE RECEIPT THAT HERTZ GAVE ME STATES 20 DAYS BUT FOR SOME REASON THEY DON'T RECALL THAT BUT PAPER DON'T LIE THE INSURANCE COMPANY HAD TO REACH OUT TO THEM FOR ME TO GET A REFUND ON MY CHARGE AND THEY STILL TRIED TO HOLD MY MONEY AND LIE . THIS PLACE SHOULD BE REPORTED FOR SCAMMING CUSTOMERS AND VERY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ALL PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY AND TO STATE FARM INSURANCE YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST BUT IF YOU HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THEM AGAIN CANCEL THEM QUICK

Horrible service. They don’t answer the phone I was told by lulu I could extend my reservation and I could go ahead and leave next thing I know I’m getting phone calls from the 800 number to return the car or other measures will be taken. I returned the car ended up having to pay almost 1000 just to return it. The woman who said she was lulu’s manager told me lulu should have took my payment before letting me leave with the car for a extended reservation and next time to call and speak with her but you people never answer the phone.Lulu said all I had to do was pay the balance when I return the car. I sat on hold with the 800 number for over a hour even had two other people calling with me and the same problem. Almost a month later I now get a letter my rental privileges have been revoked due to repossession of the vehicle that I been turned in. They give me a 405 number guess what on hold for over a hour again what is the point of having a phone if the people inside the lobby don’t answer or does the customer service to straighten everything out now I can’t rent a car lulu needs to be fired for giving miss information and now I can’t rent a car again. And you people need people customer service agents it’s horrible wouldn’t recommend. I wouldn’t even give a star but you can’t leave a review without one

I can't rent no car until I'm 21.In their web side they said I could get it at from 18 to 20.You guys waste my time
