“Alex and her team worked with my father for many years before his passing. From what he mentioned when it came to business they were very knowledgeable and efficient, but also felt like an extended family. It was a place he could pop in just to say hello and talk about life’s updates. When he knew he was sick and had limited time , he told me where to go after his passing and spoke extremely highly of everyone and how they treated him throughout the years. He assured me he had full confidence everything was in place and the team would walk me through everything. He knew everything was in good hands and it was. Alex reached out to me after his passing , she was extremely compassionate and spent time just listening and talking about my father as a person. I could tell her customers are more than just a number to her. She’s always returned calls and sent paperwork quickly. Followed up to see if I have questions etc.”

“Deborah Wallace is my go-to person for anything insurance-related. Our previous broker was more like a car salesman, fast-talking and confusing. When I finally reached out to Deborah, she made everything so clear. She bundled our car and home insurance, explained all the details, and even got us some extras, making it all affordable. I now understand my coverage, and I don’t feel the need to sell my house just to make ends meet. If you want to feel confident and informed about your insurance, go to Deborah. She truly cares, and starting the new year stress-free thanks to her is a game-changer!”
