“ABSOLUTELY the best in the area for getting quality service and so knowledgeable! I had an issue transferring over from Verizon and the entire team made sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible! Michelle, Micah, Jordan and Pedro the manager knew their stuff! Very helpful in a difficult transfer from Verizon. Made sure I had every advantage and promotion available to me. Set up three transferred lines and home internet and still my bill is half what it was for three lines at Verizon!”
“Went into this AT&T authorized dealer to upgrade a phone and had a great experience. Zach was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. Really appreciate the great customer service, definitely recommend asking for him if you stop by.”
“Hunter was a life saver. Set up my Apple Watch after being off for 6 months. Then told me I was paying for Discovery +. Very helpful and friendly. Thanks Hunter.”
“Cam made me feel special and taken care of. The manager also came and checked on us while Cam was helping me. I felt like they really cared about my issues. Would recommend.”

“I had an amazing experience working with Bishme at the Verizon store in Thurmont. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about finding the best solution for my needs rather than just making a sale.
His professionalism, friendly attitude, and excellent customer service really stood out. If you're visiting the Thurmont Verizon store, I highly recommend asking for Bishme—you'll be in great hands!”
