Annoyed because I made a special trip today to mail some gift packages. Doors locked and no indication that they were closed today. I guess they just don't care about good service. I used to be a supporter! It doesn't take much effort to post a sign.

Never recommend coming here. You'll stand in line for 20 minutes then be treated extremely disrespectfully by the staff. The lady refused to be of any help.

On more than one occasion I have had packages labeled delivered but never arrived, yesterday I had a package that was labeled as such, in 3 minutes I was outside at the porch where it was said to have been delivered and there was no package to be found.You can never get a hold of someone on the phone, I think it's deliberate, and I was called after hours with a voicemail effectively just saying that the package was delivered when it was indeed not. Packages rarely make it on time, and from time to time they just go missing.I like the area but I've never dealt with a post office this bad before.

The Catonsville Post Office is my local post office so I have used it frequently. This post office gets very busy and there is usually a long line to wait for counter service. They do have a drop bin now for prepaid packages so you don't have to wait in line any longer to just drop off prepaid packages. The ladies that work here are very nice. I have however had a mishap with one of the ladies where she insisted that she could stack up all of my prepaid packages on the scale all at once and weigh them together. You definitely can't do this - I ended up going back and forth with customer service due to this to get the charges corrected. All of the other ladies have been awesome. The parking lot here is very small and tight. Be prepared to park on the street and walk a little bit to avoid the nearby street parking spots that are metered.

How in the world do yall "loose" medications?Like how? Isn't that monitored or something?So now I can't get them at all because I already paid for them so the pharmacy can't even give them to me.So what on earth do I do now?

Just had a package delivered. Driver left it in the pouring rain when my carport is 2 ft away!!!! LAZY DRIVER!!! It’s a good thing the item was not damaged or I would be there at the counter in person! How disrespectful and lazy!

I love this location! The Staff are always wonderful. Today, for example, Miss Daisy was her usual awesome self !! I was shipping internationally, thought I was all prepared, having a filled out customs paper, but I made some mistakes. They were so busy, but Miss Daisy was so patient with me and so helpful. I highly recommend this location.

I hope this post office is the next to be shut Down forever! I hope everyone in Catonsville buys stamps at Sam's club or elsewhere. I went in to ship a package instead of paying an outrageous amount on a flight to check a bag at the airport. I didn't have a mask. They said it was required. I was dropped off and left my mask in the car. I said ok do you have one. I'm pregnant and can't breathe in masks nor Are they required in Florida anymore. Furthermore, in Florida, in order for a business to require a mask, you must provide one. Two ladies here were just pure rude. I plan on writing all the higher ups and supervisors of this rude employee and supervisor. Catonsville is proudly represented by the nice old ladies outside the building planting flowers today these employees are despicable. I hope these two are fired for being so rude and this location fined for not providing masks if requiring.

I have had challenges in the past, but today was such a positive experience, I had to post. They were very helpful and expedient. I do think some of the processes are a antiquated--- but that is not specific to Catonsville.
