“While waiting in a long line for a simple check deposit, I read Yelp reviews about this location that were most unflattering and also hilariously unflattering. Within minutes of my arrival, Sonja (Sondra?) plucked me right out of the line and offered to help me at a free standing station. She had my deposit completed within seconds. And, she was extremely personable, engaging and showed a razzle dazzle smile!”
