“I had a great experience working with Meridian Bank, and especially with April! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. She made everything go smoothly and took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything along the way. Buying a condo can be stressful, but April helped make the experience much easier and less overwhelming. I really appreciate all of her help and the excellent service I received from Meridian Bank. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a bank that genuinely cares about its customers!”

“Many people have forgotten, or never learned, the benefits of having a personal relationship with the employees of an actual brick and mortar bank. The manager of the Greenspring branch of M&T Bank, Loraine Allen, is excellent. She is thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable, and is able to present multiple options for your consideration.”

“Amazing service. I walked in to make a small withdrawal. 2 bank employees asked to help me at what felt like a “concierge “ desk. They were so nice, soft spoken and I was personally led to a teller where I experienced exceptional service again.”

“JPMC has always been one of the Premier institutions in Banking. This Bank on Falls Road is No exception. The best part is unlike when you go to NYC or Washington D.C. which typically have a Very pinched, and High Strung Attitude.Having a JPMC be local to a few locations in the North half of Baltimore County is truly a Joy, Humbling and Rewarding. The Staff are of the Most professional in the Business. The Atmosphere actually feels like the more sophisticated side of Baltimore Residents; Direct and Relaxed, but Very respectful, Attentive but patient. Also having a Bank that offers Private Client / Wealth Management Services on Site is extremely rare for our region. It's a testament to the possibilities of greater opportunities in the future for those of greater means to invest into the communities and the people. Finally a Major Bank with a very personal Feel meets the epitome of Professionalism. Thank you to Ms. Shade Oduntan, Mr. Liping Zhu, and Staff. I greatly look for to a growing relationship with the Greenspring Branch of JPMC and the Array of options to come in the Future.”
