“I've been with first financial for over 10 years. They are very friendly, nice, and helpful. I have home loan and auto loan here. I've never missed a payment and they allow a 15 day grace period past the due date. The only negative is the collection people start calling me with a very serious tone 3 days past the due date when I have a 15 day grace period. This would be my only negative comment about this bank, especially since I'm very reliable and never miss a payment. Otherwise, great and helpful people.”

John assisted me with such accuracy and enthusiasm, making me feel as if I was the only customer there that mattered. Before i knew it, he was done replacing my card and I was on my merry way.
