Visited the Timonium location un-announced on a Saturday morning to shop for a Clavinova. We were greeted immediately and the staff person quickly assessed the reason for our visit. Very good service! My son decided that he doesn’t want to continue with lessons after one lesson. I got a call from the office the next day and they offered refunds for the rest of the month. I didn’t know that there is a option for refunds
