“I don’t remember who my postal representative was, however, she was a lovely young lady and I had fantastic customer service. This is my first time coming to this post office and it was a wonderful experience. When I’m up in Towson visiting my boyfriend, I will utilize the post office is over here to send some stuff out to friends and family. When I’m back in Catonsville, where I live, I tend to go to the Arbutus USPS because the people in the Catonsville office are the pits! I avoid that place like the plague.
Fantastic little spot and fantastic Support. I will be back to ship out packages again. Thank you for everything! I had a wonderful experience and I appreciate that.”
“Best post office in the city. I don't live in the neighborhood and there's 3 POs closer to me but I still only go to this one. The clerk who was here on 4/14 dealing with the Tax Day crowd was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional.”
“After a bunch of issues at a different acceptance facility,that said they took care of the paperwork when I called ahead of time but didn't. I decided to go to the Post office and Eric was super helpful, Tuesday they have Walk in times. I am super thankful for Eric's help.”
“Not sure if anyone reads reviews of a USPS. But just in case -- the main gentleman working at this location on the weekday afternoon/evenings is SO great and helpful that I go out of my way to come to this one. I have probably been here about 10-15 times total, and always the same guy. Very patient, very clear with answers/options/solutions, knows what he's doing, and actually makes your day go smoother. I can't think of another post office that runs like that.Down-sides - It's a smaller location, so product selection is limited and sometimes there's a longer wait. The entrance/exit to the parking lot can be confusing.”

“This post office (likely many others) get the hate because people typically review after bad results. I get that, annoying experieces stink.
However most don't bother with compliments as good service is overlooked. Today, I needed a critical certified letter, late for delivery. The teller was very helpful and found my letter. So Iam happy to give the Ellamont post office some love ?”
“I find this post office very professional and caring keeping customers moving through their business. I moved to this post office box in Perry Hall from my original community due to problems with fraud, and my mail has been secure since.
Every time I have been helped whether by Cynthia, Bonnie or Tabitha I have always felt their knowledge and capabilities were quite obvious. When they were on vacation, Anton was the substitute and he was every bit as helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Whatever goes on in this office they strive to make changes and difficulties as seamless as possible. I am greatly relieved I came here.
One last thought: In our current society plagued by fraud, I will never again trust an outdoor mailbox no matter where it is. That is where my fraud came from.”

“I gave it 5 stars because of the kiosk in the lobby. I can take care of all of my postal needs without having to talk to anyone with a bad attitude. My only problem is that there’s only one kiosk for the whole Pikesville area.”

“Close this post office already, because whether they will be open the hours that are stated is anybody’s guess. This is the only post that I have ever been to, that is not open during their normal business hours. It’s nothing more frustrating than planning your day that includes a trip to this post office and it is closed, especially if you rely on mobility bus services for transportation. If you call customer service for their hours of operation they will tell you that they should be open. A kiosk would be better than this, there’s never a sign posted explaining the situation. Why do this happens only at this post office? I understand that some situations can’t be avoided, but this is a continuous problem.Update: They have definitely improved on being opened at the times that are posted, which makes things a lot better. The customer service has always been good, employees are pleasant and helpful. I just hope that they continue being opened during their business hours.”
“I have had mainly good experiences at this post office . My mail gets to its destination amazingly fast (especially considering that this is not Baltimore’s main post office) and the wait time for service is usually a short one.And the most pleasant and personable postal clerk works at this branch. Good customer service is spelled K-E-N-D-R-A. She is patient, communicates clearly and makes me feel appreciated as a customer. She bumps this four star branch to five stars for me.”
“We had were blessed with amazing support and service from Tammy, who took us in after a horrible experience being cancelled at Pikesville for our passport appointment. Tammy was working alone with a full line of customers. She kept everyone in good spirits and move quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful to everyone who waited patiently for us to complete our application.Pikesville post office Olivia cancelled us 30 minutes ahead of our appointment. We arrived on time, hadn’t heard the voicemail.There were 4 people in line and 2 postal workers. And she sent us to security where they have walk in passports service. They do this regularly as we have been finding out. The people at security should not have to pick up slack for the laziness of the Pikesville postal workers. Unacceptable!!”
“I went in to get a book of stamps. The line was long, but moved quickly. The manager came out and helped move things along, which was awesome. The 2 ladies were kind & professional. Great location and parking. When I have to go to the Post Office, I typically visit this location and it’s always a good experience. I figured , I’d finally leave a positive review!”
“It's actually in Executive Plaza II, on the Lower Level. It's a contracted office that doesn't seem to have the full options of a regular office (only had a couple of priority mailer sizes, not the one I was looking for.) The gentleman there told me they don't do international shipping either. Also worth noting that they are CASH ONLY, no credit or debit. Nice people, though.”
“I use the U.S. Postal Service at least several times per week. Occasionally, I use Window services for purchasing postage stamps and or money orders. The staff has always been friendly, courteous, and efficient”

“I went to this office to get my daughter's passport. I was helped by a man with bushy hair (I think he is between 45 and 55 years old), he was very kind to me and my daughter who had special needs. This man made the whole process super friendly and with a professionalism that is hard to find these days. I would have liked to ask his name to thank him through this post. ?”
“Moved to the area in August of 2023 and obtained a PO Box at this architectural gem with the Armory across the street. Darlene, et al, have been wonderful to me. Darelene especially has assisted me with my passport applications, mail, renewals, etc. Really appreciate her and the team at this location.”
“I had an amazing experience at this US Postal location. I read reviews prior to arriving and was hesitant as they had pretty low reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I had such a wonderful experience. I had my passport appointment @ 1:00PM. At 1:00PM I was seen and completed my appointment. Mr. Brooks provided exceptional customer service and processed my application in a timely fashion. He was so knowledgeable about the process and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this location.”

“This was my first time using this location. It is a smaller branch. I usually ship a large amount of packages. So when I pull up to a smaller branch I brace myself for the dirty looks, which is unfortunate since it is a post office. However, today I didn’t get a dirty look, sass, or frustration.
Taryn (sorry for sp.) was very kind and well spoken. She let me know their scanners were down without that huge “LET ME COMPLAIN ABOUT MY JOB” energy and even asked me why I wanted the scanning service for my prepaid packages. AMAZING! Customer service after my heart! After explaining, she gave me a few options and a recommendation for my next large shipment with a promise to get my packages scanned in a timely fashion.
