“Great selection of kosher food. Reasonable prices on produce. Has selection of any good supermarket. Kosher meat is expensive..appreciate that they have imported meat at a lower price in addition to US raised. Nice deli area. Bakery. Generally well staffed.”
“Great prices, great selection of lentils, cooking oils, pickle, and some fresh samosas areived at the counter just as i was checking out. Adding Punjab Groceries to our weekly waverly farmers market run for sure!”
“Mz always looks out for me even got my little Reese from another place to here so I can have the convenience plus he works with his regulars who actually show trustworthy ness they even show love to the kids”
“We're big fans of Aldi. A lot of what you get is non-brand; however, you can't beat those prices. They also have a section of things one might find in HomeGoods, which is great if you're looking for a gift.”
“This was once the Butter-Crisp Bakery, built in 1937. It featured various Art Deco design elements, including bowed display windows, black glazed brick, and stainless steel lettering and trim. See the photo for how it appeared circa 1984.”

“Great store with a great selection. I got a whole cart of groceries for $100! You can’t beat that nowadays. Of course, there are some shady characters in the parking lot, but overall a good experience.”
“Fresh produce and meat. Large variety of each. Good gluten-free section. Some dairy free selections. Daughter with family of 5 says her weekly grocery costs are noticeably lower here than her previous area store.”
“Good for the neighborhood, only thing I would change would be the schedule for open to close. You never know when they feel like opening up. Other than that good service.”
“Great prices and big selection. But if you are a chicken lover please try the fried chicken and bring a tissue to wipe the tears away after the first bite when you realize this taste is heavenly good.”
“Aldi and their employees are always wonderful. The only downside to this location at Belair and Frankford is a lot of entitled people shop here. They won't say excuse me, even after bumping into you, have their music or conversations playing out loud for all to hear, and never have their payment ready. At least one of these things happens everytime at this location. Think of other people shoppers. Geez.”
“The best one in the area (the one further up closer to Franklin is pretty good). Removed one star because it gets so busy that if you do a pickup order, often you’re waiting 10-15 to get your order OR you’ll get a response that there aren’t enough associates to bring you your order so you have to go in anyway.”
“This is a good neighborhood store. The owners are respectful and polite. They interact with customers, and they get you in and out. I pick up snacks for my clients from Oakley grocery, and that makes them smile. My favorite is the peanut butter cookies they sell in the front of the store. I can't find them at any other store. It is one big cookie in a pack, but I get excited when I have them in my hand. Thanks, guys.”

“Just your local Hispanic grocery store
Has alot of they for your needs and what your looking for
Has fresh meat and vegetables
I think Has where you can send money to other countries
It's a homie place”
“Out of all the locations in the area this is my favorite one. The staff are efficient friendly and helpful. The store is always well stocked and clean. It just feels like your local grocery store even though it's a chain which is a plus. Whenever those lines get crazy they staff always jump in and get the people out.”

“Aldi's is different than the other supermarkets. It has a feel of a neighborhood market, prices are good. Their sales are very good. They have merchandise from all over. Lots of European Chocolate, and some Christmas pastries from Germany. Bring your own bags, they like to save you money and help the enviroment at the same time.”
“It's the only corner store I feel safe going to. The owners and workers is always friendly. I haven't had a bad encounter since I been going there over the past 2 years. It's never nobody just hanging inside the store or in front of the store, that's what I really like.”

“The store itself rates high but the parking is horrible especially the pick up parking where people who are not picking up groceries but shopping park . Ridiculous”
“New owners....... this little corner store is still going through growing pains....but the new owners are hard working... and it's always fun to see what new items they have..... family owned I hope they will be in the neighborhood for a long time..... my husband got a great deal on clippers.....and I got a great deal on very nice shampoo and conditioner...... support neighborhood.....locally owned black owned businesses...... ✌”
“Better do everything. The papusas there are better than all the other places. Also the owner is a very nice man and everything. I'm very happy to hear it. They also have games. Everyone is good there. Also the sweet bread is so delicious.”

“All kinds of neat Asian goodies & staples at reasonable prices. Frozen sections & even cooking gadgets & dishware. A great stop. There was only one item we couldn't find. But you know you're in the right place when your fellow shoppers are of the ethnicity of the cuisine. Shoppers and staff alike were equally helpful to each other, which was a delight. It's not a huge market, but well appointed in the opinion of my fellow shoppers and my companion whose experiences with Asian markets far outstrips my own.”
“Nice very nice went to get some ox tails was like a kid in the candy store and lost my mind $113.49 later fish, seasoning veggies hot ? peppers ect just be ready they got it”
“Good variety of food items, fruits & meats! They sell Chinese Candy which I use to order online. Now I get it there & they sell Oxtails for all the customers who enjoy making Oxtail Meals!”
“The prices here are very reasonable, and I appreciate their produce policies. The selection is decent for a store of this size and generally meets expectations.
That said, the professionalism and customer service skills of some employees could definitely improve. A more consistent and welcoming attitude would make the shopping experience much better.
I do really like that they encourage customers to bring their own bags. It’s a great, environmentally friendly initiative that I fully support.”
“I stop off here on my way to work in early morning a couple times a week. I don't live in neighborhood and i don't work there, but I get off subway just to stop, then I get back on train and continue my way. 1st, they open early, 5:00am so it's very convenient. 2nd, the inside of store is neat, clean, and ORGANISED. I hate these corner stores and mini marts that are just thrown together. The neighborhood is what it is. But everyone around is courteous and respectful. Just say no I'm good and go about your way. Store staff is polite and helpful. And they have nearly anything and everything you could want, I love that. Even fresh vegetables (although a limited quantity) The prices are decent, same as other mini marts. Fresh hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I just really like the place. So go, stop by.”
“Any market I walk in and don't smell the seafood gets a big ole plus from me only stopped in to use restroom waiting for car to charge but staff friendly store nice and clean as well as restroom so have no choice but to give this store a thumbs up along with 5 stars”
“I’ve tried multiple other aldis, and once I hit this one,I can say there’s no better aldis when it comes to produce like fruit. Other things, not sure, but one thing I know,is that 90% of the time,I’m always happy with the fruit I buy here.”
