“Used to go to this market with my neighbors frequently. It has always been clean. I used to go to get my onion pickles in a jar. Great price for them. But I recently ordered 100 piece fried chicken for my birthday party and it was delicious. I even called to change my time 2 days before pick up, and they were fine with it. Cashiers are just a bit tired & lifeless looking every time I go. lol like, no, hey , how are you doing type of interaction. they just ring your stuff up and hand you your receipt and out the door you go.”
“This was once the Butter-Crisp Bakery, built in 1937. It featured various Art Deco design elements, including bowed display windows, black glazed brick, and stainless steel lettering and trim. See the photo for how it appeared circa 1984.”

“Great store with a great selection. I got a whole cart of groceries for $100! You can’t beat that nowadays. Of course, there are some shady characters in the parking lot, but overall a good experience.”
“Aldi and their employees are always wonderful. The only downside to this location at Belair and Frankford is a lot of entitled people shop here. They won't say excuse me, even after bumping into you, have their music or conversations playing out loud for all to hear, and never have their payment ready. At least one of these things happens everytime at this location. Think of other people shoppers. Geez.”
“Out of all the locations in the area this is my favorite one. The staff are efficient friendly and helpful. The store is always well stocked and clean. It just feels like your local grocery store even though it's a chain which is a plus. Whenever those lines get crazy they staff always jump in and get the people out.”
“Great prices on quality products. Some produce should be prepared and frozen or eaten more quickly. I live their brands and have replaced many daily foods with their options.”
“Good for the neighborhood, only thing I would change would be the schedule for open to close. You never know when they feel like opening up. Other than that good service.”
“I love the customer service and since it's a small store if they don't have it they will get it. Also the are very convenient because they are open everyday of the week.”
“My childhood corner store. I recall getting Honey Buns and juices from this place. I'm so happy they are still doing what they do to this day. I am now 20 years old and I've been going to them ever since I was in elementary school. Great people! Please do not steal from their store, these are very kind and humble individuals trying to make a living. God bless you all.”
“Have a great selection of products but on the pricey side. More expensive than other grocery stores around the area. Also they make the BEST donuts in the state of Maryland.”
“Nice very nice went to get some ox tails was like a kid in the candy store and lost my mind $113.49 later fish, seasoning veggies hot ? peppers ect just be ready they got it”
“It's the only corner store I feel safe going to. The owners and workers is always friendly. I haven't had a bad encounter since I been going there over the past 2 years. It's never nobody just hanging inside the store or in front of the store, that's what I really like.”
“New owners....... this little corner store is still going through growing pains....but the new owners are hard working... and it's always fun to see what new items they have..... family owned I hope they will be in the neighborhood for a long time..... my husband got a great deal on clippers.....and I got a great deal on very nice shampoo and conditioner...... support neighborhood.....locally owned black owned businesses...... ✌”
“The fresh produce section is excellent—I can always find what I need, and everything is very fresh. They also have a wide selection of international spices. The deli offers solid options, and the seafood section is high quality and well worth the price.”
“The prices here are very reasonable, and I appreciate their produce policies. The selection is decent for a store of this size and generally meets expectations.
That said, the professionalism and customer service skills of some employees could definitely improve. A more consistent and welcoming attitude would make the shopping experience much better.
I do really like that they encourage customers to bring their own bags. It’s a great, environmentally friendly initiative that I fully support.”
“Always great deals , good prices and must of my vegetables are on stock, cold cuts " Queso de puerco" hard to find it somewhere else, the only "but" to many paper sheets on the cold cuts ? but fruits and veggies ??”
“My favorite markets that has just about everything I need for me and my family. Thank you so much.????????????????”
“Friendly staff and great selection. I just don't understand why they don't have accessibility for the disabled. I took a friend there and I had to pick his walker up over the barrier for him to get to the door. He has trouble walking and they really need to have wheelchair and disability access. I'm surprised no one has said anything about this before. If I can find the number to corporate, I would call them. That's not a good look.”
“Had an extremely pleasant experience here. It was my first time shopping and the employees couldn't be more sweet and helpful. Everything I needed was here & fresh! Being that I am someone who cares heavily about the quality of food I consume, this place brought me joy knowing that everything is of quality!”
“You want big savings? Go to Harvest Fare Supermarket. I saved $23 today. I love shopping here, and if you really like seafood this is the place to go. They always have fresh catch.”
“A lot of the products they don't carry a lot of their prices are a bit high. A few employees could use customer service skill training and one in particular is quite rude overall I like the store and the management is quite nice they do need to have a few more lines open though for less wait time.”
“Greg Webb was incredibly helpful to me when I came in looking for a replacement charger. He even went as far as to make sure mine was truly broken before helping me select a replacement. I would trust Inmotion or Greg implicitly!”
“Better do everything. The papusas there are better than all the other places. Also the owner is a very nice man and everything. I'm very happy to hear it. They also have games. Everyone is good there. Also the sweet bread is so delicious.”
“I stop off here on my way to work in early morning a couple times a week. I don't live in neighborhood and i don't work there, but I get off subway just to stop, then I get back on train and continue my way. 1st, they open early, 5:00am so it's very convenient. 2nd, the inside of store is neat, clean, and ORGANISED. I hate these corner stores and mini marts that are just thrown together. The neighborhood is what it is. But everyone around is courteous and respectful. Just say no I'm good and go about your way. Store staff is polite and helpful. And they have nearly anything and everything you could want, I love that. Even fresh vegetables (although a limited quantity) The prices are decent, same as other mini marts. Fresh hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I just really like the place. So go, stop by.”
“Absolutely love this super fresh they literally have everything. Super clean on the inside and customer service is 10-10. Everybody who works there are very helpful and friendly, Definitely would recommend this grocery store.”
“Great prices, great selection of lentils, cooking oils, pickle, and some fresh samosas areived at the counter just as i was checking out. Adding Punjab Groceries to our weekly waverly farmers market run for sure!”
