I totally missed the manager’s name (´༎ຶོρ༎ຶོ`)but she had a rainbow bunny pinned to her apron and a cool rainbow-chrome watch! She was so warm, sweet, and patient with me, especially with helping to fix an issue I had with redeeming rewards for a pickup order. I have anxiety issues and prefer to online shop (vs going into stores) but she made me feel so welcomed and happy! She seems to genuinely love the products, was super knowledgeable, and was just all-around super-duper nice! (I can see why she’s a manager :D) I hope she’s there the next time I shop! ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ In case corporate is reading this, lol, the store was clean, really well organized, and the other associates working there today were also very nice!

Dejahe made our experience so great! She helped the kids pick out their bears and was so nice. We live an hour away, so going to Build-A-Bear is a big deal for us with little kids. Best trip ever:)

Hello!! I just visited the BAB located at 825 Dulaney Valley Road in Towson MD. This is not my normal BAB location but I was warmly greeted and helped by two ladies who were very good at their job. Anihya especially went above and beyond to provide my daughter a passport stamp proudly showing store #77!! Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stop special!! Happy 4th to everyone !! We had our son's birthday party at Towson Build-a-Bear Workshop today and it was an excellent experience. The whole crew did a fantastic job keeping 10+ kids busy and entertained with building their stuffed animals. I only caught the names of Mari and Aniah but the whole staff did a great job and were very pleasant. If you're looking at options for a children's birthday party, definitely consider Towson Build-a-Bear!

The girl with the long braids (I'm sorry I forgot your name!) was incredibly sweet. I'm 32-years-old (and painfully anxious around new people), but both my partner and I felt a lot of childlike wonder purchasing our new fluffy friends. It was the highlight of my day. Give my girl a raise.

I came in on Friday evening, Feb. 21st. Was not greeted until I was in the store for a little too long in my opinion. When I came in, the associates were all huddled together at the cash wrap, engaged in their own conversation. I was ignored upon asking them a question about the items in store, then received attitude when someone finally answered me. Looking at everyone's faces, they gave the vibe that they didn't even want to be there- nor help anybody (assuming by the dirty looks that were thrown at me as I was leaving). I genuinely made sure that I was nothing but pleasant to these 4-5 workers, so I highly doubt it was anything I had done to them to receive such rudeness.

We went here today with our 3 year old daughter, and she put her pacifiers in the bear. The workers were so friendly and sweet to her! One made this sticker for her. I wish I could have gotten her name, but it was a big moment for our daughter and this meant so much!

PARTY FAIL!!! Workers don't want to work! Horrible party experience! Save your money and your time! No one wanted to greet us or help us with the party. Parents are expected to run the show with no guidance. It's not clear which items are included in the package. So guests are told to pick out anything. No special ceremony or help from anyone. You basically just shop with friends. Only one worker wanted to stuff bears (there were 3 in total) which took forever. In the end a bunch of hungry restless kids. No party room, they say you can bring cupcakes to the food court. But that was a lie. Security "let it slide this one time" but said they do not allow it. Horrible , horrible customer service! Then even though the party package comes at a set price, took one hour to ring up each item. AND we were over charged but did not want to keep party guests waiting another hour so just paid and left! Leaving guests standing there while the host pays. Don't do it! Very disappointed. I'm waiting on corporate. This message is to warn parents! All in all the kids didn't complain and were very happy with their bears thankfully!
