Pretty much the same as all their other reviews. I received a statement with no detail at all. I tried to call them, got a general mailbox that says to leave a message, but then it disconnects.

This lab will not work with your Insurance company at all. They do not notify the patient nor the physician that they are out of network and refuse to provide any discount when the patient has to pay direct 100% out of pocket. I have notified my physicians to NEVER use them again.
