CD lab is not in net work even for reputed insurance company's PPO policy. As per my experience, they bill whatever they feel like and expect to get paid promptly. In my case the insurance paid their contracted rate and patient's responsibility is 118% more than that of the allowable rate by the insurance. Future customers may want to avoid this lab if possible.

This lab will not work with your Insurance company at all. They do not notify the patient nor the physician that they are out of network and refuse to provide any discount when the patient has to pay direct 100% out of pocket. I have notified my physicians to NEVER use them again.

I was in the hospital on 11/25/19. I received this bill Account 335706 to pay a large full amount for CD services. I have been harassed continually with this bill as I contacted Florida Blue. Florida Blue and I have repeatedly been trying to contact CD as Florida Blue has never received a claim. I wrote CD letters and phoned! Now this bill has just been sent to a collection agency. I can't even begin to give CD Labs one star!

Would not speak directly to my insurance company and claimed my insurance gave me a check for the amount of the test an I should pay them- they did not and they would have no way of knowing that. My Blue Cross insurance told me they sent them a check but they did not cash it. I tried to get it resolved but they sent my invoice to a debt collection agency. No way of speaking to them on the phone. Really horrible place.

Old school ways of doing business. Wanted to be paid by check, not w/ CC over phone. Had to request an invoice. Went to pay bill online (because they aren’t set up to accept reimbursement directly from BCBS?!) and found PayPal as option. Couldn’t provide my CC info for direct payment. Ended up paying by snail mail. The whole thing seemed sketchy.

Been here frequently. They always get my blood on first try. Great hours including Saturdays and not usually crowded or long waits. Could be 5 star if they put the customer first and focus more on customer service, ie: immediate and pleasant greeting upon arrival, prompt service to customer when no one else is waiting rather than keep you waiting while they are chating etc.

Employee by the name of donna under shelly's supervision was very unprofessional and rude over a phone call. All my father had was a question and instead of giving a proper response, she replied twice with "No", and gave no form of solution. She is incredibly rude and obviously lacks customer service skills. Her level of support was little to none until I specifically asked for supervisors name!!!
