I had to return some items purchased online. I found the store associate to be very helpful and friendly. Great customer service at the Towson location.

Love Chico's, I would like to see more larger sizes like 3.5 and 4. When I see what I like, if it's not in my size, I do the next best thing, order on line. 5 stars for Chico's from me
