“Jessica is the best!!!! I went in for a fitting and she was incredibly helpful and kind. She measured me for size and asked about my preferences, then brought me back a nice selection to start with. She also checked in throughout the process, asking how I liked each one, taking what I didn’t want, bringing me other options, etc. I didn’t ever have to leave the fitting room until I was done. She was so patient with me as I tried on a LOT of bras before choosing my favorites. Shopping and especially bra shopping can be so stressful, but Jessica truly made this such a pleasant experience. I left with a smile on my face, and for the first time in years I now own bras that actually fit me :) If you’re like me and usually kind of just wing it when it comes to buying bras, I HIGHLY recommend going here instead and letting the experts help you!”

“Very nice store, lots of space. Store associates are more off in the background, only approach you when they see you wondering for a little. Stock wise, they have some good selections, but not a wide variety of colors/styles/sizes. It's worth going if you want to window shop and find something you like. Parking is in a retail garage across the street. Free on weekends I believe.”

“I have really liked their new location outside of the main mall. They have been very helpful with finding specific items and managing returns. Free People as a company has limited in-store inventory so I call ahead sometimes to ask if they have what I’m looking for. They’re always very kind and let me know if they have the item in-store.
Customer service at the old location wasn’t good. I’ve have good experiences at the new location though- super friendly and knowledgeable!”

From the moment I asked her, she went out of her way to find exactly what I was looking for. She was so kind and caring. Even though English isn’t my first language, she made me feel comfortable and never made me feel like I didn’t belong. Despite a long line at the register, Arsh made everything quick and easy. “I love coming to Pure Barre Towson. I've been coming for almost 2 years and this is the first time in my adult life they I have been so consistent and stuck with a workout routine for so long. The challenges motivate me! I love all the different class formats (each one gives you a different workout experience from cardio, to strength training, to flexibility and balance). Every class experience is different and hard - it is always hard, no matter how long you have been coming (that's the magic of it). The staff and instructors are SO welcoming and supportive. I could not recommend PB Towson more!”
