The pharmacist was very helpful, pleasant, and returned the customer's call within 30 minutes. The customer was able to pick up the Rx immediately, which saved them time and travel. The pharmacist understood the customer's situation and was very accommodating. Customers had a positive experience with the pharmacy staff, who were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful during a vaccine appointment. The customer was in and out within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. The pharmacist, Patel, is dedicated, attentive, and client-centered. He works extremely hard to provide client satisfaction and holds his staff to a high standard of client care. The Towson location provided excellent customer service, in contrast to the poor experiences the customer had at other CVS branches. The staff, including Ms. Anna and the pharmacist, apologized for the inconvenience and were able to assist the customer in getting the needed prescription.
