The chech-inn was not completed because the attendant said she had no cash register until the next attendant came on shift. Very unprofessional business.

When I arrived for my flight that I booked as a non-smoking one, they changed me to a smoking one and even the bathroom had cockroaches ? terrible. I asked for my refund and I had to stay in my car because I couldn't find another hotel at that time and I looked for about 6 hotels but there were no rooms.
