Tonight a young lady who I believe is named Jineah went out of her way to provide truly excellent customer service & I definitely appreciated it. She was kind, friendly, personable & totally professional in how she handled things & given that, especially in this day & age, such behavior is increasingly rare she definitely made a positive impression upon me. She's an asset to this business (the sort of person who brings back repeat customers, especially the elderly or the disabled which both apply to me) so I respectfully suggest that the owner or manager (if not both) of this store please find some way to reward or, at least, publicly recognize this valuable employee.
