“Very nice music store with a variety of musical instruments, audio equipment, instrument rentals, training materials, and much more! There were plenty of friendly sales associates who were available to answer any questions you had. Having played trombone for decades, it was nice to meet people who were knowledgeable about their products offerings and the different brands of instruments. This is very beneficial for the parent who is looking to rent an instrument for their child and for the seasoned musician who just wants to know about features and upcoming sales. It is a rather sizeable store so I'm sure they have a service department which can be very important to a performing musician! Dedicated parking is somewhat limited, but there were areas on the street if needed. A very clean store and friendly atmosphere. I just stumbled upon it on an afternoon drive. I would go back and recommend supporting this local music business!”

“Dropped off my PS5 as it kept shutting down when I was playing, they called the next day and advised me that the heatsink assembly was going bad. They fixed it and have no issues now. “Went to them after a recommendation from Carmax and ran into Evan who stated they were super busy and I would have to make an appointment but came out to look at my car anyway, he tried his personal cord in my car and his phone and to my surprise it worked (the Apple CarPlay) (I tried 6 cords and 2 appointments at carmax and couldn’t get it to work) I said what kind of cord do I need he went into detail (keep in mind he was slammed busy) about charging cords and data cords and decided to give me his personal cord and told me to have a great day!!! He could have easily sold me a cord or m made me an appointment but decided to help me out!!! Loved my experience!!! Thanks Evan!!!”

“Great work done with great care! I received a firm, timely estimate before work began on a studio monitor and a cassette deck. I received a promise that if repairs were not possible or satisfactory I would not be charged, not even for the diagnosis. The estimate was spot on and I was updated at every stage of the repair. More than once I was asked if the cost seemed appropriate and manageable. I'm a fussy, old professional musician/audio guy, in love with my "vintage" gear. Having been hustled in almost every state, I'm naturally leery so I phoned all over the city. Imagine my joy in finding a shop peopled by humans as particular as I am. My gear was in the hands of Marshall, an excellent audio technician. Don't put your gear in the hands of indifferent automatons. (Plenty of those around.) Go with repair people with long and broad experience -- truly nice and well-meaning people. You won't be treated like a number.”

“John was great. He let me know what was wrong with my washing machine and the cost of the repair. Unfortunately the repair cost was more than the machine cost and I opted not to get it repaired. I did have to pay the $129 service call fee which was okay as the tech did have time and travel costs. I will definitely use Sears in the future”
