I went to best buy and they stated they couldn't do anything. I heard of this place through a friend that goes here for all their IT needs so I gave them a try. The owner was very pleasant and worked with me to drop off my surface and had it looking brand new in 2 days. I will be using them for all my IT needs”

“My TV went on the blink and since it was under an extended warranty agreement, I contacted the warranty company in Texas. They assigned the repair to Advance Video, and to say the least I was a little skeptical since I never heard of them. They contacted me a short time after I put in the claim and I could not be more pleased. They picked the TV up and dropped it off exactly when they said they would. The repair was excellent, done within 2 days and all issues have been resolved.They could not have been more polite, congenial and professional. Excellent service that is truly appreciated.”
