H&M is a very spacious and clean store, typically well stocked with a plethora of clothing options for men, women, and children at a lower price point. It is a busy store with decent foot traffic. The sales associates are courteous and helpful, and fitting rooms are available. However, it is common for there to be a long and slow line for checkout, often with only two checkouts open. The store can appear disheveled, with clothes strewn on the floor in certain areas, which inhibits shopping. Overall, it serves its purpose as a decent place to shop. Select stores are now open, requiring face masks upon entry in all US locations.
My daughter and I went in the store this evening and had the best experience! We had just left Nordstrom where we had a bad experience with rude sales people and came right to H&M where we were greeted with smiles and the sales people were amazing and we purchased more than what we came for. Great job! We will be back .

Found some reasonably priced sweatpants but no cashier for several minutes. Very strange 🤔

Zion was the man. Checked on us twice when we were shopping and then hopped on a register to quickly check us out of the store.
