“We had a stairlift installed about 15 years ago that needed to be replaced. American Lift came in to get measurements one day and did the installation the next. This lift will keep us in our home for many more years. Andrew and Charlie were extremely polite and made the install an efficient process. I would recommend this company to anyone considering a stairlift to enhance their mobility quality of life.”

“I was surprised by this little privately owned pharmacy located near my home in Phoenix Maryland. The service was quick, no waiting in long lines to be served, everyone was polite, and prescriptions were filled in a timely fashion. Best of all, when I needed to speak to the pharmacist, I was connected almost immediately after speaking to a real person! The gift shop has high-quality items as well as the usual tchotchkes. I really like this place and have transferred all my Rx's to it.”

“I needed to pick up my CPAP machine and was on an extremely tight schedule. Even though I arrived a few minutes late, I was greeted by Gretchen, who instantly put me at ease. She turned what could have been a stressful situation into a genuinely pleasant experience with her professionalism, kindness, and calm demeanor. When I got home, I was so excited at the thought of finally getting a good night’s sleep, although Gretchen had given me excellent, detailed instructions, in my rush I still managed to hook the tubing up backwards. After spending two nights wondering why my nose felt like it had been in a freezer, I called Gretchen back for help. She was just as patient and pleasant as before. She walked me through the fix step by step and never once made me feel embarrassed for my mistake. Her compassion, knowledge, and ability to explain things so clearly truly set her apart.

“Truecare pharmacy is a lifesaver. I have been dealing with Cvs and their mess for many many years. I got tired of them and decided to try Truecare pharmacy and she has treated me like gold. I needed my medication‘s on an emergency basis, and she was able to order my medicines, she is very professional and kind and treats her patience with dignity and respect. She provides one on one time with the customer and is very friendly. You will never get that with CVS or Walgreens or any of those big corporate pharmacies.”

They answered all of my mother's MANY and repeated questions. They called me directly to duplicate all the calls they made to my mother. ACME Medical Supplies also did a great job protecting our privacy. This is not a given across the industry; other health care suppliers and facilities don't always protect their client's privacy, despite the standard mandated privacy policies. “I have been so nonplussed by the lack of good service from vendors. NOT SO WITH TOWSON MEDICAL SUPPLY. I live in Bowie and could not get to Towson so the whole transaction for a new lift chair was handled via phone. Donna was outstanding in her care of me as a customer and her knowledge of their products. The chair arrived today and it is perfect in every way. My husband and I could not be more pleased. The chair even has extra features such as a wireless phone charger. Donna was very patient in teaching me what measurements were necessary and the chair fits my husband like a glove.
