She turned what could have been a stressful situation into a genuinely pleasant experience with her professionalism, kindness, and calm demeanor. When I got home, I was so excited at the thought of finally getting a good night’s sleep, although Gretchen had given me excellent, detailed instructions, in my rush I still managed to hook the tubing up backwards. After spending two nights wondering why my nose felt like it had been in a freezer, I called Gretchen back for help. She was just as patient and pleasant as before. She walked me through the fix step by step and never once made me feel embarrassed for my mistake. Her compassion, knowledge, and ability to explain things so clearly truly set her apart.

“I called Lincare for knee scooter Christine and Terry, we’re very helpful they answered all my questions concerning my insurance call back on Thursday. Christine told me that they had a scooter there. Bring my insurance and the script from the doctor and I could pick it up when I got there. She had set it up and showed me how to work it. She was very professional and helpful. I will go there again to purchase any medical equipment. that I need Terry was very professional on the phone and I know I asked a lot of questions and she got the answers for me. “I was surprised by this little privately owned pharmacy located near my home in Phoenix Maryland. The service was quick, no waiting in long lines to be served, everyone was polite, and prescriptions were filled in a timely fashion. Best of all, when I needed to speak to the pharmacist, I was connected almost immediately after speaking to a real person! The gift shop has high-quality items as well as the usual tchotchkes. I really like this place and have transferred all my Rx's to it.”

“Truecare pharmacy is a lifesaver. I have been dealing with Cvs and their mess for many many years. I got tired of them and decided to try Truecare pharmacy and she has treated me like gold. I needed my medication‘s on an emergency basis, and she was able to order my medicines, she is very professional and kind and treats her patience with dignity and respect. She provides one on one time with the customer and is very friendly. You will never get that with CVS or Walgreens or any of those big corporate pharmacies.”

I live in Bowie and could not get to Towson so the whole transaction for a new lift chair was handled via phone. Donna was outstanding in her care of me as a customer and her knowledge of their products. The chair arrived today and it is perfect in every way. My husband and I could not be more pleased. “lazarus ukwuoma , if you had great service and was fast then why 1 Star???? Anyway my story goes like this, I tried several pharmacies up there while I was staying at my sister's house because she lives there and no one would fill my prescriptions, so when I finally landed at Woodmore he was so nice to me and did not look at me crooked and made me feel at ease and did not treat me like a criminal for having a pn. script and DiD not make me feel like I was just another druggie,, like every pharmacy I went to in Dundalk and Pikesville-- I meen come on what in the hell is wrong in the entire area up there??? Well just like that he was thorough woth my info and filled my prescriptions very quickly as usual... I went there a couple more times but I haven't been up there in a while, I'd very much really recommend this place. Oh, and five stars it has from me. don't mean to start a debate, I know there are problems, but I have issues that do need to be met and I feel like everybody is trying to take my right away to be the best I can be as I can! There are people trying to take that away and I feel like if you trying to take it away why is this stuff on the shelves????? It's bad enough when sometimes my family has to see me not at my best, but if they were to have to see me in bed 24 hours a day crying complaining depression then maybe major depression, severe depression I've been through it for over a year once, I don't want to tell people what I was thinking, those are my thoughts, but I will tell you this I will only hope and pray as I do every day that this series of things that has happened to me does not happen to you, and then you turn out to not have any help that is definitely necessary either. “We were very fortunate to find a local family owned business, “American Lift and Elevator” for our needs of stair lifts. The owner Andrew came to our house and provided us with several options to choose from. He came up with a creative solution to allow handicap access to our front porch and front door entry. A small deck was installed with a USA made Bruno outside stair lift. To access our second floor, a second Bruno stair lift was installed. The track had to be custom made, because of our curved staircase.
The work was very professionally performed.
The workmanship is of superior quality.
We definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs such services.”
