“I was surprised by this little privately owned pharmacy located near my home in Phoenix Maryland. The service was quick, no waiting in long lines to be served, everyone was polite, and prescriptions were filled in a timely fashion. Best of all, when I needed to speak to the pharmacist, I was connected almost immediately after speaking to a real person! The gift shop has high-quality items as well as the usual tchotchkes. I really like this place and have transferred all my Rx's to it.”

“This is an excellent service! They provide excellent follow-up and are patient about finding the right equipment for you. I have had to have several different adapters for my CPAP machine and an additional fitting because I am still struggling with getting used to sleeping with a machine on my face, but each interaction with PRHS has been amazing. They have been expeditious about following up with me and quick to follow through with new orders and prescriptions. Although I am still struggling to get used to my CPAP device, I am extremely satisfied with PRHS's service supporting my use of the CPAP.”

Prior to getting set up with Synergy Orthopedics, I went to another medical supply pharmacy was told that the brace would be in within 5 days. Now their time frame changed to "unknown". Rachel is absolutely the sweetest and the most accommodating. Very friendly employees, the process was a breeze. Highly recommend this company.”

Anyway my story goes like this, I tried several pharmacies up there while I was staying at my sister's house because she lives there and no one would fill my prescriptions, so when I finally landed at Woodmore he was so nice to me and did not look at me crooked and made me feel at ease and did not treat me like a criminal for having a pn. script and DiD not make me feel like I was just another druggie,, like every pharmacy I went to in Dundalk and Pikesville-- I meen come on what in the hell is wrong in the entire area up there??? Well just like that he was thorough woth my info and filled my prescriptions very quickly as usual... I went there a couple more times but I haven't been up there in a while, I'd very much really recommend this place. Oh, and five stars it has from me. don't mean to start a debate, I know there are problems, but I have issues that do need to be met and I feel like everybody is trying to take my right away to be the best I can be as I can! There are people trying to take that away and I feel like if you trying to take it away why is this stuff on the shelves????? It's bad enough when sometimes my family has to see me not at my best, but if they were to have to see me in bed 24 hours a day crying complaining depression then maybe major depression, severe depression I've been through it for over a year once, I don't want to tell people what I was thinking, those are my thoughts, but I will tell you this I will only hope and pray as I do every day that this series of things that has happened to me does not happen to you, and then you turn out to not have any help that is definitely necessary either. “I have been so nonplussed by the lack of good service from vendors. NOT SO WITH TOWSON MEDICAL SUPPLY. I live in Bowie and could not get to Towson so the whole transaction for a new lift chair was handled via phone. Donna was outstanding in her care of me as a customer and her knowledge of their products. The chair arrived today and it is perfect in every way. My husband and I could not be more pleased. The chair even has extra features such as a wireless phone charger. Donna was very patient in teaching me what measurements were necessary and the chair fits my husband like a glove.
