My brother who has autism was in there on Monday and was walking around asking some of the workers some questions, and for the most part he said all the girls were nice to him. But there was an older lady who kept staring at him and eventually went up to him asking if he was here with someone and if he wasn’t to leave. He was so upset that he was asked to leave. He said he was just asking about some fragrances bc he wanted to buy his girlfriend something. I’m so sad that he had to experience this. And shame on the older lady who made him feel ashamed

Planning on doing my own makeup for my destination wedding in June after two disappointing trials. I came in looking for makeup that would be long-lasting and photograph well. Zoey was extremely helpful in recommending products and matching them to my preferences! I just tried all the new products this weekend and I’m so happy with the application of everything. Thank you Zoey!!

Stopped here to pick something up left feeling disgusted. Overhead one of your manager bragging how she finally got an employee fired, and how she wished she could get more fired. Sounds like she was so proud with her self with what ever lie or bullshit she made up. I would avoid this store at all cost management seems super toxic.

Such an off putting experience. I went in to shop for a new foundation and some lip products. Though I crossed paths with about 5 employees, I was greeted by no one. A simple hello goes a long way. There was a large male at the door when I entered and exited and neither time did he offer even a simple hi or bye. There was no welcoming feeling here. Needless to say, I left without making a purchase.

Jasmine helped me find my concealer and foundation shade a few weeks ago and I’m in love! I haven’t been able to find anything remotely close to my shade until she helped me! 10/10 just because of her. But usually whenever i ask for help nobody actually helps me/ walks off instead.

I placed an order for same day delivery before the cut off time around 4pm. Only for them to start working on my order the NEXT day. By the time they have started on my order it was out of stock. The only reason why I had ordered through them was because it was same day delivery. Calling the store around 10am the next day is horrible, they do not answer the phone!!! This is the second bad experience that I have had with this store. I should have just went through the manufacturer or Amazon to place my order. Lesson learned. This review is solely for the store not the chat customer service agents.

I am giving these 4 stars for Jasmine. She was really helpful and guided us to grab the stuff from the list we had. However, Zack or Jack (whatever) how rude of you to just stand in there and say that you don’t have a product although the product was just there in cupboard. Also, you acted like you wanted to help but was just avoiding us. You bad attitude and unhelpful behavior is equivalent to negative stars

On today's trip to Sephora I wanted to try some products from the Cay Skin brand. This location only carries the sunscreen and 2 lip balms . I also wanted to smell 2 new perfumes and the Sol Janeiro brand of skin care. The associates were great with helping pick the right products. I ended up only getting the body scrub. Hopefully it's a winner!

I use to come to the store often years back. It was enjoyable experience, friendly employees. Last few years always a new stuff. And they are just miserable. They don’t want to be there and most of them have attitude. God forbid you have a return they really make you feel terrible about it even with receipt .

I recently had an order delivered from this store that contained the lip pencil package I had ordered, but there was no product inside (empty package was sent). When speaking with management, the blame was basically all placed on the DoorDash driver, but she said she would take care of it “just this one time”, though clearly it was not the drivers fault they were sent with an empty package. She said she would take care of me that day if I came into the store. I drove 30 minutes out of my way on a Saturday afternoon/evening to this store only to find out no one had placed aside a new product for me and now they had none left in the color I had ordered. Basically, I drove ~1 hour round trip for them to give me a refund and tell me sorry. This was truly upsetting when this could have been accomplished easily via phone. I do not plan on going back to this store.
