I just wanted to say that Amanda & Micah are absolutely amazing and so helpful! While I didn’t get anything, I watched my best friend go through options and they were so friendly, helpful and gave us feedback on quality! I had to give them their flowers!

Today at around 6:00 PM I went to your location in Towson, I was looking for a pair of dress shoes, and a saw ones that interested me ; I went in, I look and I took the shoes to the counter, the sales lady was on the phone. I waited , for her to get of the phone , when she finished the phone call, I was in standing in front of her at the counter and instead of helping me, she answered another phone.call. I decided that I wasn’t gonna wait while she had another conversation and left without purchasing shoes. I don’t know what your protocol is but it seems like people that actually took the time to drive to your store should get priority over phone calls.

I went into the store today and the person that helped me was Amanda. She was so bubbly positive and polite. She helped me with everything I needed and gave me great recommendations on which items looked best. I really appreciate appreciated her input and I will be back. Please shine light on her. She was wonderful!

Amanda saved my wedding day!!! I came in looking for wedding shoes last minute, I have large feet so shopping is always a struggle. She found me the perfect set of heels. I was curious about what other stores had so I said I would come back, not realizing the mall was about to close within the hour. She waited for me to come back a few minutes after closing. It was SO kind of her, she did not have to do that!! I ran as fast as I could and I was so happy she waited for me.I’m pretty sure her name was Amanda, she had gorgeous braids and a stellar voice ❤️ YOU’RE THE BEST!!!

(Love Steve Madden I’m rating my recent experience because businesses should have quality customer service) I called about the issues I’ve been having with my order since September 7th it is now the 24th, & I was given inadequate customer service and told that if I’m not satisfied with the service I can return the shoe. The first order was suppose to be overnight delivery to store, that took 2 1/2 days & when I got the box there were 2 left shoes in it( suppose to be birthday outfit shoes) I reordered the shoes after my birthday because I love Steve Madden & they are having a delivery issue where they appear to be going back and forth from NJ and MD. It’s fall now and it’s getting kinda chilly so I think that I might need to take the advice of the customer service rep & just return the shoe and stop shopping at places that have unsatisfactory customer service.
