The online customer service was annoying, and the online chat was even worse. I was about to cancel my entire order out of frustration and Steven Madden would have ended up with $0. However, working directly with the store manager, Kennedy, was a far better experience and resolved my issue quickly.

I just wanted to say that Amanda & Micah are absolutely amazing and so helpful! While I didn’t get anything, I watched my best friend go through options and they were so friendly, helpful and gave us feedback on quality! I had to give them their flowers!
