“UPDATE: I had initially written a bad review for Brooks-Huff In Towson off York Rd. for damaging the finish on my wheels when I came in for a balancing service. I was very disappointed and upset with my impression of this business. Tim rang me a call over my cellphone earlier and I had missed his call, he left me a nice voicemail stating that he is very sorry about this incident and that he had read the review. He ensured that he would take care of this issue and this is not an accurate representation on how their business operates.Tim explained that he will be gone for the week but to call back the following week to schedule something for them to take care of the issue. I am very appreciative for them owning up and offering to fix the damage they have done, especially because not a lot of businesses would do the same in our day and age. Brooks-Huff Tire & Auto Center in Towson is now a stand out to me and I am very pleased that they offered to fix the damage. My recommendation has changed and so has my outlook on this business just for offering to make things right.
