I recently visited UPS store Towson for amazon item return & decided to buy a 12x19 size bubbler mailer and was shocked to find that they charged an exorbitant $5.62 for a simple bubble mailer. This is a blatant exploitation of customers who expect reasonable pricing for basic packaging materials. The same item can be purchased elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. Charging such inflated prices not only demonstrates a lack of regard for customer satisfaction but also raises questions about the store's ethics. I would strongly advise against shopping here if you value fair pricing and transparency.

Not great service, they stated a notary was there 12-3 then when we arrived at 11:50 they said they weren't didn't have one today. Then when we questioned this, he states well I'm just not sure when she'll be here. So we asked to give our number and some one could call us. We left trying to scramble and find another notary on a Saturday at 12. Only to receive a call about 30 mins later saying the notary was there. She was not very helpful and she didn't even look clearly at all the papers. Won't go again for notary services.

I brought my Amazon return here and they didn’t send it back to Amazon. Now I can’t get my refund. I’m not sure why Amazon started using them. I’ve been returning to Kohl’s for years now, never had a problem with them.

Made me miss Kinko’s. Inefficient service, a manager who serves as atmosphere talking down to both his employees and customers, and an absurd policy where printing or reprinting a pre-paid label costs the customer $5.

I was told by an employee "C'mon I can't have you standing here" after I stood at the end of a long line beside a stack of boxes. Even though there were boxes everywhere and I couldn't stand anywhere else. He really could've said "Excuse me. I need to move these boxes" instead of being rude. I work in customer service and I know for a fact the way he said it, is not the way to speak to a customer.
