Urban Outfitters is a neat and very nice store with a lot of space, though it is noted as one of the smaller locations. The store is well put together and organized on a single floor, with women's clothing in the front, men's in the back, and home and accessories in the middle, including a small clearance section. It offers a selection of vintage, bohemian, and 80s or 90s style items, from vinyl to shoes, with clothing that is aware of different cultural and social groups. The stock has some good selections, but not a wide variety of colors, styles, or sizes. Many find the prices very high for items like dresses, hoodies, and basic tops, leading some to shop only for special occasions. The employees are frequently described as the kindest ever, friendly, and providing great customer service, often going above and beyond. They are more in the background but will approach if needed. The store is worth visiting for window shopping, and parking is in a retail garage across the street, free on weekends. A minor note suggests cleaning dust in the fitting rooms. All in all, it is a store with great items and employees.

The moment I entered the store, I felt like I had entered paradise with the kinder employees ever! I want to congratulate UO for attracting these humans to Towson’s store. They go above and beyond from what’s expected to make a customer happy!
