Love this place, so glad to find it! Affordable and tested used auto parts. The best part is that you don't have to pull the part yourself like at a junkyard, they pull it for you and even bring it out to your car while you wait. I called ahead and the part was ready and waiting for me 15 minutes later when I arrived. The man who helped me was very nice (I don't know his name unfortunately).

Honestly a great place. I came here to look for a rim, and while they didn't have it available because it is somewhat niche, they order it and it came the very next day. Great place for the area. Little pricy though.

I came here on 7/24 to replace my battery. I had my two sons with me. I was told I could get the battery cheaper if I left the old one. I asked for help to get it out and was told “we are not a repair shop” so I then asked if I could borrow a tool to get it out? Where they replied “we don’t lend out tools”. One clerk just ignored me all together while another proceeded to go back and forth about what they do and don’t do! Very rude while I hold my 9month old in 90degree heat! Make sure if you go bring your own tools or be out of luck like me. Thank God for good samaritans.

I called to find out about the availability of some parts, but the person who sits and answers the calls is rude and not well-mannered. I do not recommend this service to anyone. Stay away!

I have called here many of times for parts, and it seems like they always have to order a route to get the parts that I need various different cars and their prices sometimes are extravagant. It seems to me like they are just a middleman with not much in stock.

This is got to be the most expensive junkyard ever. They prices sometimes are higher then new parts at AutoZone. There are a lot better junkyards with cheaper prices than this one.

I called to see if they had an amp for my car, spoke to a gentleman twice asked them to pull the part I was on my way to pick it up. Get there they charge my card then go pull the part. Turns out the part they claimed they had wasn't there. About an hour of my time wasted.

This place is uncertain. They gave me an eta on a delivery on a part & did not arrive until the following day. The inconvenience is due to unreliable customer service. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Total bad experience.

No to bad of a drive from Arlington VA, when is not rush hour! Friendly service but super slow to get my part. It took me 40 minutes to get my used part. They surely can improve service by giving a more detailed update on the process.

This place is absolutely terrible they lied and said my piece would arrive the next day it didn't arrive for 4 days. I waited then travelled a hour to get there for them to tell me they sold my piece to someone else... do not waste your time with places like this.

Second Time Having A Horrible Experience Buying Garbage From This Place. This Time They Sold A Module That Clearly Has Water Damage, When Tape Was Removed and Once I Called Them About It A Few Minutes After, They Said Sold As Is No Warranty. Tim The Manager Was Not Even Willing To Help Find Another One Because They Most Likely Knew Selling This Was No Good. It's Crazy How A Place Like This Could Continue To Stay Open. Definitely Never Wasting My Time and Money Here Ever Again.
