“Ferguson is a great place to shop but,
they need to update the hours of operation on their website and online for Ferguson Xpress. They close at noon on Saturdays. Website and Google says they close at 5pm.”
“I needed a part for my dishwasher, and these guys had it on hand. Blue home improvement box told me special order, weeks out. Thankfully my family will be able to live normally. I'm glad places like this exist and sell to the public. Understand that this is a professional supply house, they aren't here to hold your hand or coach you through your trouble. If you're not competent with fixing things, you should consider hiring a repair service.”

“Hayden, a manager who was helping from the Columbia location at the Upper Marlboro location was very helpful. I had been waiting for over an hour before I asked for a manager and he was helpful, professional and even walked down with me to check out once I completed my return to ensure that process went smoothly. What started out as a disappointing interaction with Home Depot staff turned positive due to Hayden’s assistance. I definitely understand why he is in management and not just a worker because he definitely understands how to interact with customers. Thanks again Hayden.”
