“I want to give this store 5 stars just because of an associate I encountered today named India. As a former customer service employee of a large corporation, she made me proud. I went in to get a few balloons blown up, and unfortunately her coworker went on break and she got not only a rush of customers, but the helium tank ran out. She handled the situation and customers with exceptional customer service and I just wanted to give her the flowers she deserves. She really did a good job and she’s the kind of employee that every business needs.”
